Beef Rub - Inspired by Indian Cuisine. Indian cuisine is amazing and diverse, with each region producing unique and tantalizing flavors. This blend is from the cuisine of New Delhi typically used to season buffalo meat but this rub is excellent on beef as well. Buffalo meat consumption in India has extended the culinary repertoire of the region.Featured Ingredients: fenugreek, kala jeera, cumin, coriander seeds, cardamom, turmeric, fennel seeds, ginger and other spices.

Expected Taste: This rub produces deep and tangy taste, with bold and aromatic flavors.
Wet Marinade: For 4 servings of meat, combine 2 tbsp of rub with ˝ cup red wine & 2 tsp sesame oil,
Rub Pomade: Use 2 parts Worcestershire Sauce and 3 parts Tomato Sauce with 2 parts rub to produce a paste. Spread to generously cover the meat and marinate for at least 8 hours.
Note: Remember to bring the steak to room temperature before cooking.
Suggested Recipe: Rub into beef or buffalo, sprinkle over roasts, or add to burger patties. To marinate, combine with olive oil, and a dash of red wine.
Also great with: Slow cooking brisket, chuck steak, flank steak, round steak, sirloin steak, skirt steak, top round roast, beef kabobs short ribs or hamburger patties.
