Shipping information: Awaken Savor, Inc. will ship your order within 48 hrs of receiving credit card order clearance.

Standard Return Policy: items including packaging returned within 30 days of shipping date and in *original condition will receive full refund of the purchase price less a $1.99 restocking fee and any shipping charges. We do not accept returns beyond 30 days of shipping date. All returns must be requested in advance using our contact form, which is available by sending us an e-mail request. Items returned without a RAN (return authorization number) will be refused or may be processed under our non standard return policy. Awaken Savor, Inc. does not accept responsibility for items returned with out prior approval, is not liable for damages due to return shipping, and is not liable for shipment loss of return shipping. Refunded monies can only be credited to the originating account.

* original condition indicates that the shrink rap on the rub containers has not been damaged or tampered in any way and there is no other damage to the container.

Exchange Policy: there is no fee for exchange of items of equal or greater value of original purchase, returned within 30 days of shipping and in *original condition. All exchanges must be requested in advance using our contact form, which is available by sending us an e-mail request. A $1.99 restocking fee applies to exchanges for items of lesser value than original purchase. Special shipping charges are not refundable or credited. Exchanges from Alaska and Hawaii will incur additional shipping charges equal to the cost of shipping the exchange. Refund monies can only be credited to the originating account.

Delivery Addresses: delivery address change requests must be made before the order ships, as we cannot change the address after the order is in transport. Correct delivery address is the sole responsibility of the customer entering the order and Awaken Savor, Inc. is in no way responsible for credit or product replacements do to an incorrect delivery address entered by the customer. The Awaken Savor, Inc. is not responsible for damages or replacements and does not except returns for orders originating outside of the u.s.a. and or shipped via international courier services. No credit will be granted under any circumstance for orders originating outside of the U.S.A. and or shipped via international courier services.

Risk of Loss: the risk of loss and title for all items purchased from Awaken Savor, Inc., pass to you upon our delivery to a shipping carrier.

Handling Fee: we don't charge a handling fee. We believe this a ludicrous concept. A handling fee is simply a way for businesses to make profit with no material value to the customer. The concept of charging a fee for what we are in business to do is not with in the business ethics beliefs of Awaken Savor, Inc.
